Machine Operator

Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Plant Operator / HR Truck Driver for a well-established earthmoving company based in Jimboomba with over 30 years in the industry.

You will be operating late model machinery including a 3.5T Excavator and T66 Bobcat (Posi-Track) across civil and earthmoving projects.

What’s on offer

* $45 per hour + OT
* Consistent Monday to Friday work
* Casual role with opportunity to transition to full-time after 3 months
* Operating well-maintained, modern equipment

Duties

* Operate 3.5T Excavator and Bobcat (Posi-Track)
* Drive HR tipper truck
* Earthworks including site cuts, trenching, footings, clearing and final trim
* Assist with general labouring when required
* Work across multiple sites

Requirements

* HR Unrestricted Driver’s Licence
* Relevant plant tickets
* White Card
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong reliability and work ethic
